Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY METHODS
All orders are dispatched from the UK, usually by Royal Mail postal service. Occasionally, orders may be sent by a courier. Due to the value of the product, most UK orders are shipped by Special Delivery, which may require a signature. International shipping is currently not available by default, due to the complicated, and frequently changing tariffs and import duties incurred when shipping from the UK to various countries. If you are outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact me via the contact form, and I will discuss potential shipping costs and options with you.

 

DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on customer's location. The costs are as follows:

DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that I can only give estimated delivery times and no guarantees. If you are ordering with a specific need-by date in mind, please don't assume that your order will arrive in time. Instead, contact me before placing the order to discuss your dates and I will advise you on the most suitable shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK: 1-3 days
Europe: 7-14 business days
North America: 2-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world: 3-8 weeks

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
If international shipping is arranged, I cannot be responsible for any customs fees or VAT fees as those are imposed by customer's country. To avoid issues, please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs and tax laws before ordering, keeping in mind that your order is coming from the UK.
